Enemies Collaboration with Robert Sheppard

During the start of this year I was invited to be part of the Edge Hill stage of the Enemies North by Northwest tour. For this I was paired with Robert Sheppard. I was delighted to have another opportunity to work with Robert having collaborated with him on his EUOIA project. We developed that collaboration and created another poem by our imaginary Slovakian writer Matúš Dobeš.
For me, writing this poem took on visual elements in my use of photographic images. I haven’t been to Slovakia but it was interesting to explore the sights and culture of Bratislava through my computer screen to spur the writing.
